FULL BODY MASSAGE (75 mins)

The spiciest of massages that will leave you feeling brilliant from crown to big toe.  Depending on how you like it, we can do Swedish or Aromatherapy massage and areas of the body covered include back, front and back of legs, feet, abdomen, arms, face and head.

FULL BODY MASSAGE (60 mins)

A little less spicy, your massage will include full body but not the face and head.  Depending on how you like it, we can do Swedish or Aromatherapy massage.

NECK, BACK AND SHOULDER MASSAGE (45 mins)

The perfect massage for a stressed lifestyle, this treatment targets those knotted and tense areas in your shoulder and up into the neck area.  You can decide on a nice deep Swedish or a lighter and more calming Aromatherapy massage.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE (30 mins)

Your treatment will take place in a sitting position and concentrates on the shoulder and head area.  Apart from feeling relaxed and invigorated, the benefits of the Indian Head Massage also include improved scalp and hair condition and less tension in the shoulder area.

AFRICAN RUNGU MASSAGE (60mins)

Ancient Masai fighting weapon used in modern day to combat our enemy - stress.  A new concept in massage therapy, the long slow movements on the entire body leave you feeling stimulated and relieved of stress.  This is a deep tissue massage and is ideal for sportsmen or those feeling like they need a good workout for those knots.  5% from the price of this massage will go to a charity in Zambia that looks after aids orphans.  Click here for more details.

AFRICAN CALABASH MASSAGE (60 mins)

A more relaxing massage than the rungu.  This treatment uses the calabash that is so integral in the lives of African people and has now been developed as a tool for a luxurious, calming and destressing massage experience.  5% from the price of this massage will go to a charity in Zimbabwe that works in the healthcare sector.  Click here for more details.
